Our machines operate by etching first and cutting second. Nested objects should be cut interior 1st Cut, exterior 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th. You can also find example of this order on our template. It is important that you consider this order when setting up your files.
Self Issued Materials
Orders involving self-issued material are accepted subject to our health and safety checks. Please ensure your materials are approved by our main office prior to delivery.
Note: Laser cutting is essentially finely burning through a material and engraving is delicately burning into it. Markings are an inevitable part of the process but they can be minimised. We always recommend prototyping a portion of your design taking into account the kerf.
